What could be wrong with connecting via ftp?

Good afternoon. Please tell me where could be the error. When connecting to a remote server via FileZilla, everything works, and phpstorm with the same data (host, login and password) writes "Connection failed".
The only thing is, when connecting via FileZilla, there is a line "Insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS."

http connections at the bottom, uncheck the box. And in the ftp address: without ftp://.
