Project files not being pushed via phpStorm to GitHub?

I made all the settings, logged in to GitHub via PhpStorm, set the path to git.exe in the settings, everything is tested normally, the repository is created, but when I try to push files, the pushing process in phpStorm just goes on endlessly and nothing happens.
If you push through git_shell, then everything is fine. What could be the problem with phpStorm, where at least to see what he doesn’t like, otherwise it just hangs for no reason?

In short, if someone stumbles upon a similar problem, do not be stupid like me, but run phpStorm with administrator rights. On Windows 10 this is bullshit...
