How to transfer only attributes?

There are several empty sites. There is only the WordPress + Woo system. And the main one has all categories and attributes for products loaded - the same attributes, in order not to create them manually on all sites, I want to find a solution to transfer ONLY attributes.

Tell me a plugin or a solution how to transfer. It’s just that everywhere there are only manuals for transferring the goods themselves, but I haven’t seen attributes and categories.

Use WP ALL Export. There you can export everything, including attributes
