Probably not. Firstly, modules from the old version may not work on the new one! You never know what they changed in the configs, but simply changed the name of the class on which the module clings. Yes, and the data on the registration of the module is probably lost. This is such a hemorrhagic do you need it? Yes, maybe half of them can be downloaded online, so it would be stupid to copy the codes of the modules so they will immediately check on which version they will swear!!))
