I installed clean Opencart on hosting, the site and login for the admin panel look OK. And the admin panel is like this
Google hints (MIME types and editing healder.tpl) have been completed, but the situation has not changed, what should I do?

Apparently css and js are not loaded, check the paths in the source code of the page and edit the configs
