Which engine to choose for site review?
Hello everyone, in general, there is an idea, and the layout is almost ready, the review site, I have already looked at a lot of engines and so far I have come to two either Drupal or 1c bitrix.
The functionality of the site should be something like this: the administrator adds a product, let’s say iphone 6s, a description to it, and the user can go in and leave a review, rating the product or service from 1-10, write what you liked, what not, where he is from and his name, if the user is registered, then this is all information is filled in automatically. It is also mandatory that this overall rating of the product or service is displayed in google.
I understand that for an exact description, more than one module, alas, probably will not fit, you will need to refine it, but even so, which engine is better to choose for such a project. Thanks in advance.

Another holivar.
After a few answers, we get to the frameworks: mind you, I'm "for" Laravel.
Drupal +, but if you are not familiar with it, then Wordpress will be faster. The functionality of Wordpress is more than enough + it’s much easier to pull your layout than on Drupal.
If from paid ones, then I would advise NetCat
, but if you want, it would be faster to do it on yii or laravel
