After installing OpenCart, I can't log in, it gives "No match for Username and/or Password". What could be the problem?

I have already installed a clean official OpenCart 2.0.1.1 on the server several times and after a successful installation I can’t log in as an administrator. Gives the error "No match for Username and/or Password." - take.ms/4Ii48
Googled and found several solutions to the problem, but none came up.

1. Changed mysqli to mysql in configs
   
2. Changed folder permissions
   
3. In .htaccess sent to www.
   
4. Changed the password in the database
   

Maybe someone faced this problem?
If this plays a role, then I try to deploy the store on a Russian hosting virtual machine ( server information ), on a subdomain like shop.domain.com

Problem solved.
He did not like the password to the database with special characters, they began to use a password only from letters and numbers, and everything became ok.
