How to make changes to the page code on OpenCart?

There are many pages in the footer of the site, I want to remove them from there:

The menus in the header and footer displays the template. And which pages to show there or there, there should be a checkbox in the settings of each page. Searched there?
It's about the generic template.
Another option for displaying menus is modules - perhaps there is a module, where the choice of what to show in the header or in the footer is already in the module settings ...
Without admin screens, it's a little clear.

Usually in opencart I did this.
I find some element through ctrl shift i , I
look for these lines of code in the template, and from there I try to fish out where my legs grow from.
Most of the time it worked.
Such things can come from the controller or the model.
