It all depends on the degree of similarity of hardware / drivers on the first and second computers. If the hardware is identical, then just insert the hdd. Yes, move the hard drive, it will install the drivers it needs. - I don’t see any problems at all ..
Watch the video on YouTube as they immediately install 10 hard ones on one OS, and then install the hard ones in a laptop. Why am I - whoever that is installed at the plant itself, and you are soaring.
