There are different ways to do this, but the following is the most suitable for you:
1) Go to chrome://flags/ and find a couple of options there: "Password export" and "Password import"
2) Allow both options
3) Restart Chrome
4) Go to chrome ://settings/passwords and first export on each of the machines, and then vice versa export passwords, import them into the opposite machine. That is, import passwords from A to B, and passwords from B to machine A.
5) Go to chrome://bookmarks/ and in the upper right corner in the menu of three horizontal dots, the options "import bookmarks" and "export bookmarks" will be available - perform the same actions as passwords.
If you just need to "move" from machine A to machine B, then there is a short way:
Take a flash drive (or drop it over the network) the contents of the Default folder , which is located along the path:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
