How to transfer file from main system to virtual machine in VirtualBox?

I have Mac OS, installed VirtualBox, and Windows on it.
I want to transfer files from mac os to windows, how to do it?
I shared one folder, but it is not visible in Windows.

In the settings of the virtual machine there is an item "Shared folders"

Have you installed the Guest OS Addition?
Here.
In the settings of shared (when you add a folder) folders, enable automatic connection.
