How to transfer Evo cms site?

There is a website hosted by beget. It is written in evolution cms. I want to take a backup in xampp. I transferred the database, but when copying files from ftp and transferring them to the xampp folder, I open localhost and can't log in because of "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have already tried everything, I know that there is a plugin for revolution for backup and I have already transferred the site for further editing. Tell me please
