Why is the email not sent to modx formit+ajax?

QuickEmail gives a green light and sends an email, the form also says that the email was successfully sent, but it does not come

It happens with QuickMail. Who is the host? Have you tried other boxes? Does the site use SMTP? Try it with / without it, some hosters without smtp have problems.
