After all, the site opens normally, but the admin panel is "White", it's not possible to even enter seetings... they don't seem to be loaded..

It happens that if you go to the admin panel via HTTP, part of the admin panel falls off. Open the admin panel via HTTPS.
You seem to have a server error (if the whole screen is white), see the server logs. Or Modx logs (/core/cache/).
