How to transfer dns server from winserv 2008r2 to 2012r2?

Hello. Started the migration process from 2008r2 to 2012r2. According to Microsoft's instructions, successfully transferred AD and DHCP. According to their algorithm, I did the same with dns. However, there were problems with the latter. As in the manual, the final step was to assign the ip of the old one to the new machine. Turned off the old one. Now I try to add a client machine to the domain and I get:

Directory:
2012r2.my2.my1.my.ru
2008r2.my2.my1.my.ru
Possible reasons for this error include:
- Host (A) or (AAAA) records that map the name of an Active Directory domain controller to its IP addresses, are lost or contain incorrect addresses.
- Active Directory domain controllers registered in DNS are not online or not running.

Tell me how to transfer the dns-server correctly?

"As in the manual - the final step assigned the ip of the old machine to the new machine", I doubt very much, you can see this place in the manual?
