How to transfer corporate mail from Yandex to GSuite?

Hello!
We need to transfer corporate mail from Yandex to Gsuite.
There is a project in the Yandex account, in which there are 16 users, all of them have their own mailboxes.
It is necessary to transfer all their existing letters and set up forwarding.
How can all this be done?
I read in the Gsuite help that all users should be asked to export their mail.
Or can I do everything myself? And do I need access to all boxes for this?

if this is a one-time task, then target both mailboxes old and new in pairs in any mail client that supports OAuth (fresh Thunderbird does just fine). and take turns carrying the contents of the boxes with your hands.
