Google Apps mail forwarding

Good afternoon, colleagues. There is a question in the Google Apps mail, the answer to which I did not find on the spot, and since no one answered me in Google Q&A, I decided to ask it here.
There is a google apps account accountname.mygbiz.com
It has 2 users:
[email protected]
[email protected]
Username1, for example, goes on vacation. It is necessary that username2 receive his mail during the vacation, but at the same time, when username1 returns from vacation, so that he has the opportunity to read the mail that came to him while he was on vacation.
Is it possible to implement it by standard means?
PS I understand that it is possible to create a filter that will forward mail coming to the [email protected] address, but the “Forward” checkbox is not available for me, there is a link next to it “Add forwarding addresses”, I click on it, and in settings on the "Setting pop and imap" tab there are no settings related to mail forwarding.
PPS, a way is desirable by which such copying can be set from the administrator part of the domain settings.

Thank you in advance.

Everything works fine, once activated, a confirmation link will be sent to the second mailbox, and all mail will be sent to the second mailbox - when the employee leaves, disable and all
