How to transfer centos 6.5 with installed Bitrix (Protal Corp.) to a new disk?

Initial data:
1. 1TB disk with installed centOs 6.5 and configured Bitrix (Corporate portal);
2. System block;
3. 2 disks of 2TB each with a raid made in the BIOS (i.e. in the end 2TB);
What you need: On the same system unit, change the disk from 1TB to 2TB with a raid so that the transferred system remains in working condition.
I was advised to install the same system (CentOs 6.5) on a new disk and simply copy the configuration files. Which ones, they did not explain. I myself will not catch up with what kind of files you need to copy. I have 3 questions: 1. Can I copy all the files from the old disk to the new one (with the new OS already installed), as if replacing the new configuration files with the old ones and adding those that were not there? 2. If not, what exactly should be copied with the replacement of the folder (files)? 3. If the idea itself is crazy, then how can I transfer the already configured portal with all the system settings (they also configured centOS itself)?

Option 1:
Just clone the entire system using dd or clonezilla for example (The latter is better)
Option 2:
In /tmp/ create a non_tar file with the content:

.bash_history
lost+found
/dev/*
/mnt/*
/tmp/*
/proc/*
/sys/*
/usr/src/*
/etc/shadow
/etc/inittab
/etc/mtab
/etc/rc.sysinit
/etc/fstab
/etc/sysconfig/network
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
/etc/resolv.conf
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/*

Create archive
In any available way, transfer it to a new system, start from LiveCD, mount the root somewhere, chroot there and execute
then reboot, but without understanding I still recommend way 1 option with Clonezilla
