How to transfer azure virtual server to another account?

Hello, I have a virtual machine on Azure. You need to move this server to another account in Azure. Is there an easy way to transfer? For example, copy a hard drive or make a backup of the server and restore it to another account?
I will be grateful for the answer, can anyone come across this.

You share a subscription with two users, transfer it through a user with two subscriptions.
Resource Group -> Migrate
