I am sure that there will be VERY many such resources on MS sites.
My personal opinion - ask yourself "why"? "because everyone has everything in the cloud" and "jenkins is deprecated"? Or is there a specific list of things that don't work well or are missing in jenkins?
If the latter, then make a list and check that azure pipelines have these features.
