Address range
... UPD
In short, the program keeps statistics on the server for all traffic that passes through it. I need statistics only on the Internet, not general. To do this, you need to set up a "counter" in the program, you can enter either a zone or a list of zones in it. It's just that exceptions cannot be made so that traffic from these zones is not counted.
I ask, how can I determine the list of addresses / zones?
It's like, for example, I have a network and I set it to count traffic only from 111.0.0.0/255.0.0.0

I have a network and I set it to count traffic only from 111.0.0.0/255.0.0.0I didn't quite understand the notation you are using. Usually, either ABCD/n is used, where n is the length of the prefix (a number from 0 to 32), or ABCD MMMM, where MMMM is a bitmask (32 bits, 4 decimal numbers separated by a dot, example 255.255.255.0). Please clarify this point.
