How to transfer an image from the VGA port of a computer over the network?

There is a computer in one of the segments of the network that controls the water heater. Each time this computer boots, the system is redeployed from the image. It is not allowed to make changes to the system image.
It is necessary to remotely view the picture from the monitor of the operator of this computer. Without the ability to control.
From another computer with a webcam aimed at the monitor of the first, it was decided to refuse)
So you need a device that connects between the video card and the monitor, and is capable of transmitting an image over the network.
Does anyone know examples of such devices?

You can solve the problem in two ways:
1) Use an interface extender like this one . Transmitter, receiver, between them - a twisted pair. Consider that you have received a VGA cable up to 250 meters long.
2) Transmit video over an existing network. To do this, you need a streamer, like this one, which will convert the analog signal and act as a video server.
In both cases, you may need a splitter if you want to display the signal on a monitor near the computer and transmit somewhere else.
