How to transfer an AD user to another Windows?

I have a working laptop with an AD account connected, I reinstalled Windows with a full cleanup. I have a copy of the old system in my stationary computer, but I can also run it from an external drive on my laptop at any time.

The question is, how can I transfer an AD account to a new Windows, or rather, connect a new Windows to a domain without the participation of a domain administrator?

So what exactly is the problem? If you are connected to the company's local network and the administrator did not specifically prohibit users from entering computers into the domain, then you can connect up to 10 computers using your work account.

The bottom line is that there is a domain account, you need to connect an existing account, just on a clean Windows.
Well, or somehow in a cunning way to transfer it. Because cloning a disk to another computer does not reset the acc, only the activation of Windows and a couple of programs has flown

You can also join a PC to a domain under your account, if it is valid.
But if you need an old profile, then you need to transfer it, there are profwiz programs, you can google it
