How to transfer a script (python 3.3 and PyQt4) to another PC?

One machine has python 3.3 and PyQt4 installed. Written script with a simple gui-form. I copied the script to another PC (there is only Python 3.3, but there is no PyQt), at startup it says that the PyQt4 library was not found. And now the question is: how to transfer a python script to another PC so that all the libraries it needs are transferred with it? Or on each computer where the script will be used, you need to install everything it needs?
