In simple terms:
In linux, save a file to a USB flash drive or a folder in the cloud (Yandex drive, Google drive, mail drive)
In windows, open a file from a USB flash drive or a folder in the cloud (Yandex drive, Google drive, mail drive)
or
send a file to mail , messenger

Install Samba-client, connect to the share and upload files.
If linux is desktop, then samba is already there, there is a fad in the file manager
