How to transfer 3G to the second sim?

There is a Meizu M1 Note phone.
1 slot on which 3G does not work.
The second slot is only 2G.
What are the ways to get the second slot to catch 3G.
Through the basic settings, nothing happens.
(When you try to switch to any other network type in the network type column, nothing changes).
I tried to change the network type in the engineering menu (*#*#4636#*#*), but you can only select unknown , when you try to select something else, nothing changes. (The default is GSM only)
What else can I try?
