Choosing a smartphone with a global firmware version or without?

I choose an inexpensive smartphone with good hardware, and the main focus on the camera.
I chose two models Xiaomi Mi6X 6/128GB or Xiaomi Mi A2 6/128GB, as they say they are the same but A2 has a global firmware. But if you look at the reviews, the Mi 6x has a better camera and Gorila glass, but there is no global firmware version on it. The question is will it matter if there is Android 8? After all, regardless of this, the android should update itself? What problems can be due to the lack of a global version?

You still need to choose the global version, because. The Chinese have their own LTE bands. Plus, why do you need to flash the phone, you have nothing to do?
Forget about the camera, 3% difference in quality is about nothing. Forget about "bokeh" too, on the same redmi note 5 "bokeh" is more of a joke than technology.

What problems can be due to the lack of a global version?

Scaling with the next firmware through the air.
Most likely, you will need to unlock the bootloader and install custom firmware based on MIUI, or install pure Android.
The disadvantages of all this, when updates of the main firmware happen, then they can bring important changes in the kernel, for example:
PS: Xiaomi has adequate smartphones without a global version, which is somewhat sad.
The most basic common devices - have a width of more than 75 mm, this is a guarantee of discomfort from controlling the device with one hand:
And also, since Xiaomi's marketing department is now churning out device designs for market trends, the bottom frame is leaving, and with it the buttons are moving lower.
Your right thumb (if you're right-handed and use the phone more often with one hand) is unable to reach the back button in free mode on full-screen devices with a width greater than 75mm.
This is also a big problem, they bought a wide apparatus - live with it.
In general, I myself abruptly switched from an inexpensive HTC device for 8 tr. on the semi-flagship Xiaomi and felt all the pain when the device has a width of 75.45 mm and has (it's good that they are already here) castrated full-screen gestures. Both control options are simply inconvenient for one hand, as if adaptation and usability testing have not been done.
Already now, according to all these signs, I’m thinking of changing the device to Xiaomi mi8 se, and also considered the device Mi a2 lite as a dialer, but twice the worst camera cools down.
The closest adequate option in terms of dimensions and OK usability is HTC u12+, which costs even more, about 51 tr.
I, too, are important criteria such as the camera and performance. But I have now added a mandatory selection criterion - the dimensions of the device.

Over time, a global firmware may come out, remember this w3bsit3-dns.com to help.
If you have hands and an hour of free time, downloading the firmware is not a problem.
My last android was Xiaomi redmi 4 pro. I bought before the appearance of the global firmware. Installed custom with 4pda. And then it was automatically updated to the global firmware.
But since the video there was mediocre, in the end I went to apples.

Mi 6X and Mi A2 are generally the same phone, but on Mi 6X the firmware is exclusively Chinese, without the Russian language and without the possibility of adding it (it seems that you can reflash, but the chance of being corrupted is very high).
