The task is this: you need to read on the phone screen 4.7 inches PDF files with technical documentation, in English, with the function of scaling the text to the screen (word wrap is called mine) and in this mode (when the text normally fits into the phone screen with a size that is convenient for reading ) by clicking on a word, give a small hint with a translation (English-Russian), without sending it to another application. I tried EZPDF reader in conjunction with ColorDict, but it tries to translate only in full view of the file, and you can only read it on a 10 inch tablet.
