How to transfer 2 domains from 2domen.. to reg.ru?

There are 2 domains on 2domains.ru, I want to transfer them to reg.ru.
Reg.ru accepts from 1000 domains (there are not many at all, only 998 domains to find and buy somewhere). Maybe there is a loophole?
And somehow I don’t like 2domains, they have deteriorated.
