DNS on DC adding the xxx.ru zone with preservation of forwarding of not added nodes?

Is DNS on DC. Forwarder dns.google.
You need to add yy.xxx.ru with a specific ip.
When creating a node yy in the xxx.ru zone, it is not possible to get the ip-address of other nodes that are not on the dns server.
It is easy to decide through the hosts file, but how to do it on a dns server?

To create a xxx.ru zone and give only yy.xxx.ru from it, and forward the rest, goes against the DNS mechanism. The server either serves the zone, or does not serve it and allows it to be external (by forwarding, or by the full lookup procedure).
But no one bothers you to create a yy.xxx.ru zone
on your server, then *.yy.xxx.ru and yy.xxx.ru itself will be resolved on your server, and the rest of xxx.ru - on external

You need Conditional Forwarding, as far as I understand

Only by transferring all records from the public zone xxx.ru to the local zone xxx.ru.
As Zolg rightly noted , you cannot create a zone and send records that do not exist in the local zone to another location.
