Actually, there is an application for Android / iOS. We are trying
contextual advertising targeted on VK / FB and myTarget
Actually, are there any tools that allow you to track the source of downloads? Like roistat, but for Apps?

Yes. that's enough. Install Google Tag Manager SDK. Just these goals and created. This is quite a difficult job, but doable.
