How to track the conversion of the transition in Google Play?

Hello! I have a landing page that has a link to google play and the App Store
. In google analytics, I see a conversion on the site, and a transition to the landing page is considered a conversion. But I can’t determine how effectively the landing page works. Is it possible to somehow track how many people who come to the landing page follow the link of the markets?
