Why does Google.Analytics use money in event counting?

Google writes :
ga('send', 'event', 'category', 'action', 'label', value); // value is a number.
Ok Google.
ga('send', 'event', 'click-in-search-form', 'click', 'use-sagest-field', lot-id);
those. in value I write a digital value, the identifier of the object that the site visitor clicks on:

Why then does Google start summing it all up and showing it as Money?

You're using this field incorrectly, it shouldn't have an ID, it's Value. According to the settings of your resource (where you choose the currency for your account), the Value value is assigned to the currency that you have chosen in the conversion value reports.
Use the Label field as the ID.
