The first thing that comes to mind is the iTunes Search API . Judging by the description, there is access to the App Store and MAS. Prices are included too. The main disadvantage is too many requests required to solve the problem.
A more logical option is to upload data directly from Apple. This is what the affiliate program is for .

I don’t know about applifto, we personally parse itunes directly and save everything in the database, after which we run the entire database every once in a while for changes. Perhaps there are more elegant solutions, but they did the best they could)
