How to track a YouTube broadcast using Python?

How can I track if a specific YouTube channel is streaming via Python? Preferably not using an API key.

Parse the page https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=NAME... . If there are specific tags like Live on the page in the first rows, then it leads.
In general, it's better through the API
