Good afternoon
I had a YouTube account for a long time, but did not use it.
A letter has just arrived in the mail:
1. Welcome to YouTube!
Then
2.YouTube is even better with Google+
And after 20 minutes
3.Congratulations! Your videos have been added to YouTube!
Added 19 episodes of Good like Charlie
Password recovery says that I can reset it to my e-mail address, which is now listed as additional only if I do not log into my account for 4 days (that's nonsense).
Tell me how to be in this situation.

You are still lucky, your account was exposed by decent crackers, and a good video was uploaded :) restore your account according to the rules of google, if they set the rules it is unlikely that anyone except google will be able to change them, you can see the worst hacking option here How to prove that I am not a ddoser?
