How to test employees for knowledge of ReactJS?

Hello!
I have a small development studio. The number of employees is moving towards 20 and it is not convenient to train everyone individually. I want to introduce some kind of testing for knowledge of basic technologies. We have everything mainstream: reactjs, react-native, nodejs, gcp, aws, hugo.
I do not want to reinvent the wheel, there are probably already ways to test developers for knowledge of a particular technology. Tell me something?
