What is the difference between the new ISTQB 2018 training program and the old 2011?

I am preparing to pass the ISTQB FL, the site contains demo versions of the exam, but only the old exam (2011) is translated into Russian.
I am reading the updated program of 2018, but I have to train using the old demo versions of the exam.
How different is the new exam from the old one? just added questions? or even changed existing ones?
And does it make sense to train on the old demo versions of the exam
