How to test an application on a weak computer?

I work on a weak computer. Studio latest version. Windows 10, RAM 16, but the percentage is rather weak. The studio itself is doing great. But as soon as RUN, I start the emulator, the percentage is 100%. In AVD manager I downloaded nexus2, api 28. I look at it.

From an alternative, I can only test it on a mobile phone, but it needs to be uploaded, installed and tested. The process is long, if you upload it every time after editing the code. What do you advise? Within the current computer of course.

I suppose it could be:
1. Connect the computer to the mobile and watch it somehow
2. Download another emulator.

In general, help with advice if there is a solution)
