How to fix the persistent blue screen of death problem?

So the question is this:
I have a used computer, after installing Windows 10 I started to have constant problems (and during its installation), for example, after installing several repacks of games that used data1(2,3) ,4, etc.).bin always got an error (sometimes there were exceptions, but there were only a few of them), then blue screens of death began to appear, after which the Internet disappeared. I reinstalled on 7-ku and nothing has changed. What could be the problem? I just bought a new hard drive and nothing really changed... I'm ready to check out any thing you suggest (well, almost :))
