How to temporarily charge a MacBook?

Maybe the question is strange, but still:
My Macbook Pro 2020 is on M1 and it is always connected to the docking station, and I want to connect one cable to my Macbook and that's it. But keeping it on charge all the time is very bad, so I got a question:
Is there any application that charges a Macbook up to 100% and does not charge up to 20% without disconnecting the power cable?

There is absolutely no reason not to keep the poppy on charge all the time.
Macs (and other normal laptops) are designed so that when the power cable is connected, the laptop works directly from the network, and not "recharges the battery all the time."

I will support the point of view that in modern macbooks, the battery swells from a constant connection to the network - it happened to me. The battery chemically ages not only from constant recharge cycles, but also from their complete absence. If there is a battery, it should work. If you need a desktop computer - buy an iMac :)
