Auto-swap windows when connecting external monitor to macbook?

Is it possible to set up a workplace so that when an external monitor is connected to the MBA / MBP via USB-C, all windows from the laptop jump to the Monitor themselves? At this time, you can open any chat / movie on the home screen. When the cable is disconnected, the windows would return back.

Moreover, the windows will also have to change their location / size. the area of the Monitor is 4 times larger and there you will most likely have to set up an alternative display scale (I hope this is possible). I am ready to arrange the windows 1 time with my hands, the main thing is that I don’t have to mess with them every connection.

@zencd

it is possible to set up a different scale for different monitors.
but the area of the Monitor is 4 times larger - nonsense. for the square does not grandiose, only resolution does grandiose. and even 8k (of which there is exactly one monitor on the market now) will not give 4 times more than the MacBook retina.
maybe I misunderstood your question, but everything happens to me the way you described: windows from an external monitor themselves jump to the internal one when it is disconnected and back when it is connected. without any settings.
