How to tell ASP.NET scripts the path to the source code?

Replaced the compiled files folder with the source folder, but it still doesn't work without the dll from the bin folder. Although the necessary classes are on the server (not in the bin folder), they are not used by the engine. How to tell scripts where to get the classes they need to work from?
