Error compiling gated checkin ASP.NET vNext application, what is Microsoft.Web.AspNet.Props?

Development is carried out in Visual Studio 2015, ASP.NET vNext application is added, Visaul Studio Online is used, Gated checkin is configured.
The project compiles successfully when developing and testing on a computer, but when committing, the project is not built, tests are not executed, an error occurs:
C:\some-path\MyProject.kproj (7): The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86) \MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v11.0\AspNet\Microsoft.Web.AspNet.Props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.
there is a line in the project file:
What is "Microsoft.Web.AspNet.Props" and how to get around this problem? no search results for packages or libraries.
Why in the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v11.0\AspNet\Microsoft.Web.AspNet.Props" is version "v11.0" supposed to be "v14.0"
