How to teach ordinary people technical things?
They sent me to a city exhibition or something.
I assembled a robot, I need to make a presentation. But there, in addition to the technicians, there will also be people in other specialties, how can I tell them something to interest them?
I don't think they will understand what RTOS is and why I chose this particular microcontroller, sensor, etc.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to properly present information at such events?

Explain everything with everyday examples, show life stories, help yourself with gestures and charisma, select 2-3 people from the audience and switch your eyes between them.
I understand that it’s hard for you to imagine life stories about RTOS now, so feel free to draw parallels: they say that grandfather used to close his back already in the second garden, but with an implanted microcontroller, he began to process 2 hectares a day like a terminator. I agree, the example is rough, but feel free! Improvise!
Nobody needs your dry speeches.
Only dilute with examples from situations and things understandable to ordinary people.
