I made a mistake in the first version.
Let you have the capacitance of the capacitor X [farad], voltage Y [volts]. Then the charge on it is Q=XY [coulomb] = XY[amp*second] = XY [amp*hour/3600]=XY/3600 [amp*hour].

Farad = Coulomb / Volt
Coulomb = Amp * sec = 1/3600 Amp * hour
=> 1 F, 1 V = 1/3600 Ah
