How to teach Google to send the user not to the main page of the blog, but to a specific post?

I have a blog and, according to statistics, it turns out that search queries lead people not to a specific post, as it would be convenient for them, but to the main page or to a selection of posts with a specific tag. After all, you are tormented to additionally search on these “sheets” for what you originally wanted ...

Question: what can be done to make Google slip people exactly the “final” pages?

Conditions that would be good to observe:
- to do without damage to PR and the resource being found;
- so that Yandex and other search engines follow the same logic (if not already).

It was the same, I put all links on categories and tags

<noindex></noindex>
for Yandex and
<a rel="nofollow"
for google. It seems to have helped, the traffic, as it was cute, remained the same :)

You need a normal sitemap.xml. It will tell Google what pages you have. If you have a blog on one of the standard engines, look for a plugin.

Yes, I think you can, put referrals in the URL of the page and in the text of the post in the code, then you can track all the clicks on the link.
As an example, I can cite our website: www.estt.ru/datacenter/windows-vps-hyper-v?refer=direkt3 Read
about referrals in the text on the Internet.
If so, write, I will help!

We analyze the incoming keyword, do a search in the database, sculpt a pop-up “perhaps you need THERE?”
I did this a couple of years ago because of the same problem.
Then I normally spread the link and the traffic flowed to the right place

It would be correct to optimize the corresponding page for the necessary keywords. This, of course, is a very non-trivial task, but common blog engines have implemented a lot for this: tag links to specific articles, the ability to set headings and meta tags.
