How to take a full server snapshot?

There is a problem - you need to change the server hardware, namely, replace the old server with a new one. How can I take a full snapshot of the old server and transfer it to the new server (with Apache, PHP, MySQL settings, etc.)? Or do you have to reinstall the operating system on the new server anyway? I really look forward to your help.

@opium

Well, take some kind of acronym and make a snapshot of the disk with it.

CloneDisk or Acronis Disk Director. And a backup of the entire partition / screw, followed by deploying it on a new server. Naturally, if the configuration is the same.
