How to synthesize a photo based on multiple frames from a video?

Actually, there is a video file on which, in fact, one plan, but flickers (the pitching was incredible).
In principle, I own Photoshop and I can cut the best areas of sharpness from frames and stitch them into one photo myself.
But this is a routine and very long work. I'm sure there are some programs. YouTube improves action videos by removing jitter.
