How to synchronize a project in Eclipse on different computers?

I work with the project in Eclipse on two computers (at home and at work).
What is the easiest way to synchronize it so that I can finish at work what I started at home?

understand where the project settings are stored (the .settings+xml folder, asks where to save the creation of the project) and shove everything into svn, or git, or, in extreme cases, to Yandex.disk
